Job Title: Full-Time Physiotherapist (Private Practice)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing private practice. The ideal candidate is clinically competent, motivated, and committed to delivering personalized, outcome-driven care in a one-on-one treatment setting.
About the Clinic
We are a well-established, patient-focused private physiotherapy clinic in Alberta, providing evidence-based, individualized care. Our practice emphasizes hands-on treatment, active rehabilitation, patient education, and long-term functional outcomes. We pride ourselves on a supportive team culture and ethical, high-quality clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Treat a diverse caseload, primarily musculoskeletal conditions (WSIB/WCB, MVA, extended health, private pay, etc.)
- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Alberta regulations
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, insurers, and other healthcare providers
- Uphold the standards and code of ethics of the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta (CPA)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a private practice environment
- New graduates welcome / Private practice experience an asset
